i’m sorry but i really dislike you right now.
there are times when i love you and times that i can’t stand you, and this is one of those times.
maybe it’s my fault, for expecting so much, perhaps too much of you, from you.
i don’t hold grudges for what you did in the past, i look at those things as bricks to build and strengthen me. to make me a better human being and to grow.
sure i feel a pang of sadness and hurt when those topics come up but that’s because i don’t like visiting those things because they actually hurt a lot.
but what hurts even more is what is happening right now
with Mom

i hate the relationship you and Mom have right now.
the pain she feels, the pain you feel
the hurt you both cause to each other.
sure your fighting hasn’t been as bad as it was
a year ago
or three years ago
or ten years ago
but it’s still bad
not only do i hate that part of your relationship with mom
but i hate the financial part too

you really need to help mom, especially with us
you don’t feed us a lot, you don’t clothe us often

Mom always feeds us, always provides us with clothing, and gives a lot more, especially when we want something
and she just started working this year
when she told me you didn’t want to give her a thousand dollars to split three ways
it hurt.
i feel that since you don’t buy the food in the house or for school, or the clothes on our back
that just a thousand dollars is the least you can do for us.
i’m grateful of you providing us a house that we can call our own
but for all those years, a house isn’t enough

i don’t want to see my dad as a stingy person
you also spend money when you say you don’t have it, i know you hate lairs
but why are you one??
i’m proud and prideful of you but when you show that side, i can’t stand it.
what you’ve shown me is that i can’t depend on you anymore, i have to work for what i want and obtain the things i want myself. i will start to do this because i don’t want to rely on you anymore, not because of you but because of me.
